Prayer:
When’s the last time I
told someone what you have done in my life?
And when I did, was it brash and arrogant, or broken and
vulnerable? Can I not help but talk
about you and what you’ve done in my life?
Do I care too much about what others think? I admit… I allow what other people may think
or their reactions to influence how I speak about you, if at all. Help me to speak about you and what you’ve
done in my life with love and compassion, not arrogance and superiority. You have been so merciful, yet I have denied
you with my silence. Take away my fear
and pride.
